“I rarely leave reviews but felt obligated because of the "above and beyond" service of this company, and specifically, of Elton. We unfortunately found ourselves with several HVAC and heating issues due to poor maintenance of a house we purchased. Elton has helped us several times coming to the house, installing a new A/C unit, repairing another old unit, evaluating our ducts, heating system installation recommendations. He is such an honest man, I cannot say enough good things. He has shown us time and again that he is professional, responsive, kind and his focus is clearly to help people. He does not take advantage of confused new homeowners. We cannot say that for other businesses we have come across. We are so grateful to him. He is also extremely knowledgeable. We had someone come out three times to look at why our thermostat wasn't working--and these people could not figure it out--he noted a wiring problem right away and fixed it. He is a gem of a person. “Enzo from Rod Miller came to condo because our thermostat not working. He found an issue and then spent time patiently loading the Ecobee app for us . It would not pair with thermostat. We were discouraged bu Enzo was quite patient and finally achieved success. Then he said he would wait to make sure everything owtrking even though for conditoner was now working. But he found an issue, said he would return with a part to replace on the air conditioner on the roof. He came back two days later, found the issue, then found another issue, made the repairs efficiently and now A/C working. Had Enzo not fixed the app we could not have turned on the AC remotely- Yay- Price was reasonable. We recommend Rod Miller for HVAC“

“Hired Clean Air Solutions to clean only our dryer vent and duct system. Technicians (3) were on time. They were courteous and very understanding of my security concerns. The day before I had received a "spam risk" call from California wanting to verify my appointment. They left a message and I called them back, They knew all about my appointment, so seemed legit. The techs did the job in 30 minutes and charged me $170, which was the estimate when I made the appointment. That's about $5 per foot for my duct work. They cleaned up, but really needed a vacuum to get up all the dryer lint from the deck. Their van was unmarked. Visit ended and lead tech explained to me why I need an HVAC system cleaning.
