Overall the service was really good. Joshua was really helpful and provided really good explanations for what was going on with our AC system. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He was able to fix the problem very quickly and we were very happy with our experience.
I used Dave’s on the recommendation of a neighbor and was very satisfied with their service. They installed a new heat pump and air handler for me. I felt like the consultant was thoughtful when I explained my concerns about the existing system (beyond the noisy fan). He worked hard to design a system that would work with my budget.
The installer, Adam, went above and beyond when it became apparent that the new system being installed had a leak. He changed his personal plans and arranged to come back early the next morning, on a Saturday, with a new unit and installed it himself so that I would have a working system over the weekend.
