Would say that our recent experience with Cardinal Heating and Cooling was very positive even after spending a couple nights without heat. But the technician, Todd, was out first thing for three visits in order to try rectify the issue(s). Good news after replacing some components and installing an updated Nest thermostat we have system that is running as expected. Cardinal was very professional to ensure that our billing was fair given the challenges and chilly nights.It looks like we have finally found our HVAC partner.
