I used O'Neill Plumbing for the first time last week. I had just moved into my house and there was no hot water. I couldn't get the pilot light to light. Shannon O'Neill first tried to walk me through lighting the pilot. When that didn't work, he came to my house within an hour. It took him about an hour and a half to fix the problem, but he did not leave until he was sure that I had hot water. In addition to being professional, timely and reasonable, Shannon O'Neill is just a great person to talk to. So friendly and laid back. I highly recommend the services of O'Neill Plumbing.

Reviews
Shannon was an excellent communicator and went out of his way to get to me quickly. He got the job of replacing my pressure reducing valve done right; very thorough from start to finish.
Called them at 930pm as my water valve was actively spraying water. They came out within an hour and fixed the issue in less than an hour at 1030pm. Excellent response time, high quality work, and great customer service! Highly recommend!
