I received a quote from another company when my a/c stopped working for several thousand for parts replacement so I considered just getting a whole new HVAC and got a quote for that as well which was over $11K. I decided to get another quote and called Trademasters and the sales person came out and provided a quote for new HVAC but he suggested I have one of their tech guys come out and see if the a/c can still be fixed. The tech came out and figured out it just needed a hard shut down and reset and fixed it in an hour for $98!
