Honest, professional ,very knowledgeable, on time, fair pricing, and clean quality work.
Every time they come out, they are super knowledgeable, and don’t try and upsell me on things that aren’t necessary, like the bigger companies will try to do just to get another dollar out of you. Would recommend to anyone.
We've had to call for a few repairs on our older office toilets. FJ Hooks has been prompt, respectful/professional, and very reasonably priced. We will definitely continue to use them as needed.
I had a leaky Kohler brand kitchen faucet. When I called to describe the problem, the F.J. Hooks dispatcher recommended that I first contact Kohler to see if they would send me the parts for the repair before anyone from Hooks came to my house. Remarkably, Kohler sent me the parts at no charge (this was a 13-year-old, discontinued faucet)! Zach & Vaughn then installed the parts in just a few minutes, and presto, problem solved. Obviously, I appreciate the suggestion that I first contact the faucet manufacturer, and my overall (first time) experience was first rate.
