The 495 HVAC Company again did a professional/excellent job, this time on my son's Central A/C and heating system. The sales manager Lupe quoted the most competitive/best price for the whole Carrier system. I am very satisfied with their work ethics, a crew of three, the leader Ruben and technicians Lorenzo and Jose finished a neat job on time. The inside cooling, gas heating furnace was installed with all new tubing, sheet medal and PCP pipes, the out side condenser unit was level and square with new gravel under the pad (not crooked like many other), and they cleaned up everything after the job. June 13 was forecast to be a 90+ degree day. Around 10:00 I noticed that my air conditioning was blowing room temperature air. I turned the system off and back on hoping for a quick fix. No luck. When the condenser came on, there was a clicking sound and then it shut back off. Not good. Go figure that this was occurring on one of the first 90+ degree days of the summer. Around 11:00 I sent an on-line message to two Carrier certified dealers requesting an appointment. 495 HVAC called within 10 minutes. No need to repeat others / there is a reason they have zero one stars / Claudia and Karen at office and Ruben (tech ) all excellent . But credit goes to the top as well( the inverse of Michael Dukakis “ fish starts smelling at the head”/ ownership/management deserves credit/ I owned several properties over past 50 years snd my hvac were serviced by good friend who unfortunately is no longer able to do such / as such July ‘22 I found what I believe is one if best hvac cos in dc area! I hope they do not become like the others and start taking things fir granted : mo eg $$$ can still be made the old fashioned way / abd they are doing it / good service/ price: professionalism...read full review
