Kendra worked with the service supervisor and customer to rearrange a scheduled annual maintenance appt to get me an appointment. Jason was great - very knowledgeable / skilled with excellent detail and he willingly answered all of my questions. “I contracted Maximum Air to repair my AC unit that had a leak. It was necessaire to replace the coils and outside unit because of its age. I chose them because they had good reviews and a reasonable price. They communicated with me well and were on time. The job was well done. What made them really stand out was as follows. I had a condensate discharge pump that worked but was taped together. After the job was completed, the technician told his boss Mac about the pump. I was called and told that Mac would like to come out and replace the pump at no cost to me. Yes, he installed a new pump at no cost to me.
