They sent Larry. Who came out three hours after we called, in blazing heat. He cleared our blocked septic line which was blocked a good distance from the cleanout and located where the fractured line had let in tree roots. They are scheduled to fix that next week. We honestly thought this would take weeks to get fixed. We are super happy with them.
