I am so thankful I called IPS to help with my plumbing issue! I was able to get an appointment quickly that fit in perfectly with my busy schedule. I greatly appreciated that the plumber, Larry, was thorough, professional, and patient while answering all my questions.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. As an added bonus, it feels great to support local!
They sent Larry. Who came out three hours after we called, in blazing heat. He cleared our blocked septic line which was blocked a good distance from the cleanout and located where the fractured line had let in tree roots. They are scheduled to fix that next week. We honestly thought this would take weeks to get fixed. We are super happy with them.
