“This is the second time we've been here but the first time that I personally dropped off my fuzzy boy Snow for de-matting and light sanitary trim. I have to say that I love how this location feels. Its very cute and cozy. The staff was nice and patient with me since I was a little spacey and tired. They had the most gorgeous and sweet cat maning the front desk. I had to take a picture of her to show my family. My cat was purring so much when I picked him up and he was looking soft and dapper. He was severely matted and he wouldnt let me brush him out. Luckily, this team always has two people working on one cat and they were able to brush him out gently without needing to shorten his hair, I prefer him fuzzy. I am very satisfied with the service and will be coming back again.”
