“Reached out to Manchester grooming, due to their reviews at hand in the first place, made an appointment was greeted by Evelyn, who took very good care of my puppy Kingston. Evelyn took her time and made sure Kingston was very well taken care of in her hands for his first time at the groomers him being only 13 weeks old and me being a new dog owner. She also took the time to inform me on what and what not to do far as Keeping his coat and nails and etc clean I enjoy my time with Manchester grooming salon, and will definitely be going back for more grooming services thank you Evelyn, you rock and you are much appreciated for all of your hard work. “These two sisters are wonderful! Our pup is a 5 year old mini Aussie and has NEVER gotten a better haircut, and they were the SWEETEST to him and us. Even though Auggie can get difficult when he is nervous they were patient, knowledgeable and gentle. The price is incredibly fair too! The adorable little picture they sent home was a fun surprise touch too. We will absolutely be bringing him back :)“

“Simply amazing! I've had trouble finding a true cat friendly groomer, but I'm so unbelievably thankful that I found Critter Wash. My cat's matting had gotten so bad that he was pulling it out himself creating bald spots and the vet was recommending a full shave, but I was very apprehensive because years ago a different place gave him razor burn during a sanitary shave. Not only did Critter Wash do an amazingly smooth shave that I'm so thankful for, but I could tell my cat was thankful as well. 1 picture is after his appointment before we picked him up, and the other picture is less than a week later and that bald spot had completely filled back in. Thank you for treating Salem so well, we will definitely be back when needed ❤️“
