This is the second time we've been here but the first time that I personally dropped off my fuzzy boy Snow for de-matting and light sanitary trim. I have to say that I love how this location feels. Its very cute and cozy. The staff was nice and patient with me since I was a little spacey and tired. They had the most gorgeous and sweet cat maning the front desk. I had to take a picture of her to show my family. My cat was purring so much when I picked him up and he was looking soft and dapper. He was severely matted and he wouldnt let me brush him out. Took my two cats for a hair cut and to be bathed.
Took them at 9.30 ,they called me to pick them up at 12.30.
They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.They said my cats did great and my husband and I are so happy with their results.
Still being new to RVA I researched and found this amazing business. My 15 yr old mainecoon needed to be groomed because of some significant matting. When i called, the front desk made a same day appt for us. We arrived to be greeted super kindly. But what happened next is the stuff miracles are made of. Until now I have never found anyone who could groom my boy without sedation. These groomers knew exactly how to handle my old cat. They worked quickly but so carefully. This was by no means an easy job. But my cat seemed to trust them instantly..they worked hard for almost an hour. And their price was totally reasonable. If anything , i owe them more$.
