My Smokey bear really isn’t a people person and was acting a fool when I brought him in there. Scratched me up and everything. They were so calm, trimmed his nails quickly and we went on our way. I was so scared he was going to scratch them up. I don’t know how you guys have the patience with these crazy cats but I really do appreciate the professionalism. I will definitely be returning ❤️

Paws and Claws is hands down the best grooming salon in Richmond! We were referred by my husband’s family who has been bringing their golden here for years. The team has been absolutely wonderful with our goldendoodle, Penny. She used to be so scared of going to the groomer and now she cries with excitement when we pull up for her spa day. Lydia and the team takes great care of her and Penny always comes out looking beautiful and happy. The drop off process is also quick, easy and super convenient. We love that we get to pick her up as soon as she’s done. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for everything Paws and Claws! ❤️

I have only brought my dog in for nail trims and they are so wonderful with him! Being a chihuahua, he can be quite cantankerous to say the least. Everyone there who has trimmed his nails...I just can't even believe how good he is with them. I'm waiting patiently for them to start taking new clients in for full on grooming.
