“I am late writing this review but my Yin Yoga session with Sound Bath lead by Merisa Horgan of House of Undine was right on time. This was my first experience but it will not be my last. Merisa took her time to explain the services and guided the experience with ease. Her calming voice and presence from the word hello was welcoming. I was blessed to have an individual session which enhanced the already tranquil experience. Indigo was a clean, peaceful, environment which complimented the Yin Yoga and Sound Bath perfectly. Thanks again Merisa.“

“This facility is very clean, easily accessible, private and in a great location. The atmosphere is wonderful, cozy and inviting. The deep massage is very thorough and relaxing. The only discomfort I felt is when she was working out a knot I had in my back. Afterwards, I feel amazingly well. Much of my joint pain has subsided as well. I highly recommend Harmany Spa.“
