We were really impressed with our experience with Flooring RVA. My husband is a do it yourself person and we requested our original quote for materials only. Rob was more than willing to provide materials only but assured us his cost and team that would install would be more than worth it to us. After reviewing the quote, Rob was right. So we agreed to have RVAs team install but my husband wanted to demo and prepare for new floors himself. If we had to do it over again, I would go all in with RVA to handle the job start to finish. The installers worked incredibly efficiently and cleaned up. I love my new floors!
My experience with Flooring RVA was wonderful! From the very beginning, laurel was really wonderful. She is very attentive, and knowledgeable. She’s also really friendly and solution oriented. Robert sent me his best crew. His people were wonderful to have around, fun to talk to and I felt comfortable with them in my home as a Mom with 3 young children. The end result is gorgeous! My flooring looks brand new. It has the most beautiful character and I felt really confident in the colors they helped me pick. This company made me feel very taken care of and I’m really happy we picked them for such a big decision.
Needed to replace my upstairs carpet due to a dog ripping an entire bedroom to pieces. Flooring RVA was able to accommodate my schedule for both the quote and installation appointments. The process was fast and the installers did a tremendous job in getting 3 bedrooms, landing, and stairs done in a day. The new carpet looks and feels amazing.
