Dr. V is not merely nice, she is gentle, patient and enlightening as well as very educational. She listened to my son's concerns, gave him comfort & enthusiasm, while guiding us through our process.

I got my biannual dental checkup here again. Although I had to wait a bit longer than expected, Dr. V. and her assistant were very polite, considerate, and willing to answer every question that I had, and I had more than the usual number of them. In effect I got a second opinion for a recommended tooth extraction, so the second opinion, which was meticulously explained to me to my satisfaction, was reassuring. Unlike at other more high-end appearing dental practices, it doesn't seem, thankfully, that Best Smiles Dental Associates lean towards aggressive over-treatment, which I find to be borderline unethical in many different dental practices. Had to travel 75 miles for an appointment for my son to get a root canal , because there was no one closer to perform this procedure. The customer service was awesome, everyone was friendly and we was in and out in no time. I will definitely return and refer anyone. BEST SERVICE EVER‼️
