It’s just so sloppy and uneven….not the work of a professional. Maybe I just got unlucky with the technician. I don’t understand because all the other pictures in the reviews look so nice. Going back to get it redone but still upset it had to look so unbelievably messy in the first place.edit: updating from 1 star to 4 stars. Tiana took me in and fixed my nails and I LOVE them now. I wish the previous technician told me that she didn't know how to do french nails.

***** Update *****Tiana from polished nail reached out to us today apologizing for the way that my wife was treated and wanted to make it up to us. I think that says a lot about a business to reach out privately vs publicly to help make a situation right. I’m going to change my 1 ⭐️ to a 4 ⭐️. I just moved to Short Pump, about 3 minutes away from Polished Nail Lounge. I found this nail salon online. I was very impressed walking in getting greeted nicely, and they immediately got me seated with Snow right after I checked in. The inside is very beautiful.SNOW is amazing!!!!!!! She was very polite, dedicated in her job, and she did a wonderful job on my gel manicure/pedicure. If I could give more than 5 ⭐️ I would. I have booked my next two appointments already with, SNOW!
