“Cardinal Plumbing was excellent while we were selling our home. Issues were found with our furnace during the inspection process and they came and evaluated possible issues in a quick manner.. There were a few suggestions of possible issues and they provided options for repair without forcing any one solution in a range of possible costs. “Vinny and his team were amazing! We lost AC during the hottest week in July and he was able to come out the same day to get the AC working and explained the issues with our system.

Later, when the weather cooled, the heat wasn't coming on. Vinny came out the same day, and explained why we need to replace the system. We put a deposit down the same day.

The day after we put the deposit down, the equipment was delivered, and installed the day after. Nhan and Hieu were very quick!

“Sean Hoffman did it again. Air One Tech is lucky to have him on board. Sean was able to troubleshoot the issue with the Aprilaire humidistat that makes clicking noise when it is running. He traced the issue back to the wiring from the humidistat that attempts to get sufficient power from the furnace control switch. If it is not for Sean, I might be asked by another technician to replace the humidistat and or the humidifier solenoid valve. There is a lesson learned here. When the HVAC system was installed in the Summer, there are undetected issues with all the wiring connected to various components that made up the HVAC system (thermostat, AC unit, central humidifier, furnace, and coil unit). Problems raise to the surface when cold weather starts. Even with a QA inspection followed up right after the installation of a new system, the technician couldn’t visually spot any potential misconnected wires until it actually happens. So with that, thank you Sean for doing a great job diagnosing the problem.“

“I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running--without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac's thorough and knowledgeable work.“

“I recently experienced an issue with my AC unit at my Fairfax, Virginia home which required me to contact an AC repair company. I called a few companies, but landed on AA Rapid Plumming, Air Condition, and Heating for support.
