I cannot recommend Premier Home Comfort highly enough. Phil is professional, friendly, and honest to a fault. I used to have a different HVAC company that always tried to upsell me on unneeded repairs or services. Last year, Phil diagnosed and fixed a problem with my AC unit in 30 minutes after the other company tried multiple costly repairs (I did not accept the repairs) that would not fix the problem. Premier Home Comfort's Maintenance Package is great. This month, Phil thoroughly checked and cleaned my furnace, serviced the humidifier, and flushed my water heater--all of those services were included in the maintenance package!

He walked me through the unit size, how the duct system works, and how airflow impacts noise levels. He was able… read full review

I got a number of quotes to replace my air conditioner and hot water heater at the beginning of the summer. I went with Premier Home Comfort. Phil and his team were fantastic. They were timely, efficient and neat. The system was a little bit of a pain to install but they did it! I had some issues and Phil really worked with me. I am so appreciative of that. It's now late in the summer and the AC works great, kept me nice and cool during the heat waves, and it's nice to have reliable hot water. I live in the condos, Summerfield at Brambleton. I would definitely recommend Premier Home Comfort to my neighbors and anyone else without hesitation. I look forward to having… read full review
