Mohammed was polite and explained everything. His English is perfect. I am a senior, 76 years old and he was very respectful. He was well groomed and clean and gave good advice on replacing an oven light and ordering the protective cover for the bottom oven.

Heat Pump - Technician was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Without selling he gave us several great reasons to make us keep our Sears Warranty which we were considering discontinuing. We gave him a 5/5!!!

I believe that "Hai" have saved us a good few thousands of dollars with this one service call today. He is very professional in his work, and he checked everything out before leaving the house. I would HIGHLY recommend him for future HVAC jobs. Thank you so much, and we REALLY DO appreciate him and his work today.
