The office staff was extremely courteous and helpful scheduling an appointment right away. Travis was our Tech and I was very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and attention to detail. He corrected our drainage issue and explained each and ever step of why we had the problem and what he did to correct it and what to do to prevent it again.We also needed a full PM on both of our HVAC units and again scheduled an appointment with Chase. Travis was our Tech again, and we again received exceptional service from him. they truly have an asset in this man. Amazingly outstanding and knowledgeable response- he never knob, valve, pipe switch and conduit on our unit and his explanations were easy to follow. Both the installation company and another heat & air company told me there is nothing wrong with the unit or its installation. AirMaxx Mechanical came out and found two issues wrong with the installation and fixed it.Much thanks to Harley who went the extra mile to work out warranty issues so parts were covered and service could dispatch fast! (Warranty problems were created by the installer.) I was also very impressed with the technician, Vito, who is obviously very talented and knowledgeable about what he does.The professionalism and service of this team is exemplary! The prices are good and I highly recomend them!!!“
