Travis was our Tech and I was very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and attention to detail. He corrected our drainage issue and explained each and ever step of why we had the problem and what he did to correct it and what to do to prevent it again.We also needed a full PM on both of our HVAC units and again scheduled an appointment with Chase. “We had to find a plumber fast this October (2022) due to our water heater leaking and no water due to loosing pressure. I called early morning (around 6 am) to the City Point Plumbers, Mike responded and took my information, was nice and patient with me. We arranged the time and then Mike worked with us because we could not be home at the time arranged, and he still was communicating clearly and agreed to send technicians in later. Then technicians came out to get the scope of the problem, delivered new tank same day, replaced the water pressure switch, hauled old tank away, charge was decent for the emergency situation, and everything was handled to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this company, professional and good customer service, and fast response and great communication, that was really a saver in our situation. Thank you!“

“Mark and his son did phenomenal work on multiple occasions with a house that has a split system HVAC. Incredibly knowledgeable, he can diagnose a problem and fix it without the typical replace the system sales pitch. He repaired a furnace in the winter, but also installed a new system in the upstairs zone when we knew it was nearing end of life and due to the rising cost of older R22 refrigerant. He even offered to take the old R22 out of the system being being replaced to recharge the downstairs system to give it a bit more life free of charge. Also, when the new system needed some duct work modifications to help balance the temperatures in the new upstairs zoning, he made the adjustment after the install to ensure the job was done right and to the desired outcome. I had a clogged bathtub drain for years and (at the advice of the most recent plumber that visited from a different company) was about to have sections of the wall/ceiling removed in the attempt to access the pipe. Randy was both very knowledgeable and professional, and after he got the pipe partway open, his supervisor Keith came over with additional equipment and they completely fixed it.
