“I’m not sure if this is the correct company as I only saw the truck for a minute or two on the road this morning but I just want to say if it is the right company you guys just got a customer for life I don’t have any HVAC issues but if you guys had a driver in a work truck D-54 Wednesday March 4th I just want to let yall know he saw me in my big truck trying to get out of the gas station onto busy courthouse got in the right lane so when the light turned green he could let me in ( people are in such a damn rush no one ever wants to do that) then after he let me in got back into the left hand lane and continued on! To have the kindness and presence of mind to do that during early morning traffic when we are all trying to get to work was one of the nicest things I’ve seen so far and kindness goes a long way this company didn’t even service me but I can see how kind they are and they will be the first I think if if I ever do need a service done Thank you driver D-54“

“I highly recommend Affordable Home Appliance Service and Repair in Midlothian. I’ve called on them for appliance repairs several times over the past 10 years or more. Nothing but amazing experiences all around. They are very professional, friendly, and provide excellent repairs. Recently, I called for a washing machine repair and spoke with Chris. I was in a bind and needed service quickly because I was scheduled for surgery soon. He wasn’t available, which was completely understandable. They are always my first call, but know they are busy. He gathered the information and said he would try to work something out, but gave me an alternate company to try, as well. He called me back after researching my repair and said the cost would be more expensive than replacing the machine. I agreed and purchased a new one, but I was so impressed that he was honest to that degree and lost a job in favor of doing the right thing for the customer. They have a loyal customer for life. I will never trust anyone else with any home appliance repair. Give them all your business!!“
