“Yesterday, Daniels came out to replace our 16-year-old HVAC system, which was very much on its last legs and fully aboard the struggle bus after the recent heat wave.<br><br>The team that came out, Peanut, John, and Jeremiah, was absolutely incredible. They were thoughtful, kind, professional, and so quiet I barely knew they were here. They arrived on time, completed everything, and had the area cleaned up by 2:30 p.m.<br><br>Based on Ronnie’s quote and recommendation, they also did minor duct work to enlarge the supply ducts to the far end of the house. We heard and felt air coming out of three vents that we honestly had not felt in over 20 years of living here. Ronnie was the only person who mentioned that solution when he came out to quote us for a new system, and it made an immediate difference.<br><br>While the install was happening, Mrs. Daniels, the owner, came by personally to collect payment and have us sign the contract. I am usually someone who prefers to do things online, but having her show up in person and put a face to the business was such a thoughtful touch. She even hugged me at the end of the transaction.<br><br>From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. The system works beautifully, the house already feels better, and the people made the whole process feel personal and cared for. I would absolutely recommend Daniels.”

Nothing but amazing experiences all around. They are very professional, friendly, and provide excellent repairs. Recently, I called for a washing machine repair and spoke with Chris. I was in a bind and needed service quickly because I was scheduled for surgery soon. He wasn’t available, which was completely understandable. They are always my first call, but know they are busy. He gathered the information and said he would try to work something out, but gave me an alternate company to try, as well. He called me back after researching my repair and said the cost would be more expensive than replacing the machine. I agreed and purchased a new one, but I was so impressed that he was honest to that degree and lost a job in favor of doing the right thing for the customer. They have a loyal customer for life. I will never trust anyone else with any home appliance repair. Give them all your business!!”
