Both the installation company and another heat & air company told me there is nothing wrong with the unit or its installation. AirMaxx Mechanical came out and found two issues wrong with the installation and fixed it.Much thanks to Harley who went the extra mile to work out warranty issues so parts were covered and service could dispatch fast! (Warranty problems were created by the installer.) I was also very impressed with the technician, Vito, who is obviously very talented and knowledgeable about what he does.The professionalism and service of this team is exemplary! “Mark and his son did phenomenal work on multiple occasions with a house that has a split system HVAC. Incredibly knowledgeable, he can diagnose a problem and fix it without the typical replace the system sales pitch. He repaired a furnace in the winter, but also installed a new system in the upstairs zone when we knew it was nearing end of life and due to the rising cost of older R22 refrigerant. He even offered to take the old R22 out of the system being being replaced to recharge the downstairs system to give it a bit more life free of charge. Also, when the new system needed some duct work modifications to help balance the temperatures in the new upstairs zoning, he made the adjustment after the install to ensure the job was done right and to the desired outcome. Outstanding service in a time when it's becoming harder and harder to find quality technicians that will ensure services are done right. Highly recommended!Services: HVAC system maintenance“
