Josh and his team were originally called to attempt to fix a blower on a 50+ year old oil furnace. The furnace was already barely operational, and the blower was tied into my central AC unit. Since the blower would no longer run the AC, while operational, had no way cooling the house. Two other HVAC services had investigated the issue and were unable to resolve. Josh diagnosed the issue and had me up and running with 10 minutes of arrival. While there I had him take a look at our oil furnace / central AC system and provide recommendations for replacement. Brand new heat pump system installed over a year ago and my heat bills were way up $$$! Both the installation company and another heat & air company told me there is nothing wrong with the unit or its installation. AirMaxx Mechanical came out and found two issues wrong with the installation and fixed it.Much thanks to Harley who went the extra mile to work out warranty issues so parts were covered and service could dispatch fast! (Warranty problems were created by the installer.) I've been incredibly pleased with Airmaxx! They've been consistent with excellent customer care and service on every occasion for the over four years now .The techs sent to my home have always been top-notch professionals, pleasant and always a pleasure to deal with. John and Christian on the last visit worked quietly while I teleworked and then answered all of my concerns. Andrew has been a memorable tech as well.The staff that answer the phones are always friendly, patient :-) and quick to respond. Kerri helped me this past time and got me squared away - thank you!
