Not only were they almost half of the quote we got from our service provider we had for a new AC unit in our rental house. They came to our primary home so fast with a much larger unit still cheaper then former providers quote from our rental. As my husband has a disability they made sure he was comfortable while sleeping at night with a small window unit until the new installation the next day. 5 stars because the techs were nice and polite. Also five stars because I don’t want this to affect anyone’s job. I know how surveys affect employees these days so I won’t give any less. I will say $200 for a capacitor that was replaced during the 30min diagnostics is a little out there. Capacitor from factory on high side is $50ish dollars maybe $60. You guys are charging approximately 1 hour of labor to replace. I would understand that if I asked you guys to come out and replace that and that’s it but an hour of labor for a capacitor is steep. I will still continue to use this HVAC company 100% and will highly recommended I just wish there was some wiggle room… read full review
