This company came highly recommended and has not disappointed. We called them about an a/c issue and they showed up the same day to check out the problem. Tyler Lee came to get the unit model number today and ended up on the roof and helping cut down part of a tree that had fallen onto the garage and then cut it into smaller manageable pieces! Amazing, above and beyond customer service!
I actually called this company, due to having an aweful experience with my home warranty a year ago. Even though we still have the warranty, I didnt want to even mess with them. Tyler came the very next day, saw immediately what the problem was, and fixed it without overcharging me! I am so thankful for the quick, efficient service and such a personable person too. Well done Assured Heating and Cooling.
Man I can’t tell you how much these people rock. Our downstairs AC was set to 72 and shot itself up to 80. We knew something was up and called. Tyler, who is an awesome guy, came over and fixed the unit in about 10 minutes! Straight to the point no BS. Definitely recommend these guys.
