We had a new heating & air conditioning unit installed by Americool 8 years ago and have kept a yearly maintenance agreement since that time. It was a good decision. We have had excellent service. Twice a year maintenance checks have taken care of minor potential problems and when we did have a breakdown with air conditioning, they came out immediately. They took care of the issue and explained to us what went wrong.
The techs have always been responsive, knowledgeable, polite and just good guys. We would definitely recommend AmeriCool!
