My heat wouldn’t turn on. Americool sent the repair person within 2 hours and since the fall service under our annual maintenance contract also needed to be done the tech did not charge a separate visit fee. Great job Americool and special thanks to Chris Smiley. ?
I've been pleased with Americool service over the years. Last year I had them replace my heat pump. They are pleasant and easy to deal with. Recently I had them evaluate a HVAC system in a house I intended to purchase. Their technicians found some serious errors in the installation. The evaluation fee was reasonable. That service paid for itself many times over. Highly recommended.
Americool HVAC is a Class Act, no doubt about it. When I was searching for a new heating and air system, I did my research. I looked at ALL the brands, finally narrowing it down to Carrier and Trane. I received three quotes from different companies, and while each system would have worked, only Trane provided a 'top-of-the-line' hybrid system (gas/ electric) at the same price point as the others’ builder-grade units — for systems with half the capability / capacity of the Trane.In addition, the selection process was unique in that I happened upon Americool through the Lowe's Home Improvement store located close to me in Midlothian, Va.
