The dispatcher was very polite and got us on the schedule quickly. I was really surprised they would have someone out so fast. It was impressive. The plumber was knowledgeable and personable. He worked to address the issue, until it was resolved. Unfortunately, the toilet seat was scratched during the work, he owned it and replaced the seat for us.
