I used Edwards Air once again and had a great experience. They obviously know their business, but MOST importantly (to me) they are honest. My problem today was a simple fix. Some other repairman might of tried to run up the issue to a system replacement. I TRUST Edwards Air to fix what is broken and to NOT sell me things I don't need. It feels good to have people I can call with confidence.Service: A/C system repair

I've used Edwards maybe five times now over the years, and each time they really do a great job.Jamie and Jimmy are very knowledgeable, and honest. They told me what to install, and when I asked them about replacing a large heater, they said not to do it, since that was not the source of the problem. Honesty like that is unfortunately not seen much anymore.Shawn in the office is responsive, and after I called over the weekend, she called me back Monday morning and let me know a time they could be out to look at the problem.I'll continue to use Edwards Air because they've earned my business.Services: Heating system repair
