I've had Duvall Plumbing out twice, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The first time I hired them was to install a smart shutoff valve. This isn’t a common request, but they were willing to do some research and provide an accurate quote over the phone. Their installation was excellent, and they were accommodating about tackling a unique plumbing task.Recently, I hired them again to install a new toilet and fix a wobbly one. I cannot speak highly enough of Duvall and specifically Tyson. He and his apprentice Tom have paid us three visits (different and unrelated repairs on an old house for each visit, not a recurring problem) and each time have quickly diagnosed and solved the issues. They are very courteous and professional, and are always willing to educate us and provide helpful suggestions. We will continue to call Duvall for all of our plumbing needs.

My AC went out and had to call after hours. Alex lead me through some easy checks to determine the issue. They came the next day (I apologize I do not remember everyone's names) and the condenser motor was bad as well as the capacitor. They did not have the motor in stock and was told might be Monday before they could get the motor in. They got the motor the same day and installed it and I am back in business. They are great people to deal with, very professional, all done for a reasonable price and I could not recommend them any higher! Thank you all so MUCH! Awesome people!
