He is incredibly knowledgeable—not just about plumbing best practices and code, but also about how to properly use and care for different fixtures. He even took the time to share his knowledge with us. I really appreciated how upfront and honest he was about what needed to be done—and what didn’t.

One of our biggest concerns was a jetted tub that had been leaking. We were bracing ourselves for a full replacement, which would have meant tearing out tile and a huge expense. Instead, DJ carefully investigated, found the least invasive access point, and discovered a solution. He not only fixed the tub leak but also caught and repaired another small leak in the main drain while he was at it. It was amazing!

On top of that, he worked late to make sure all the other plumbing jobs—from replacing a water heater to resetting a toilet, installing a kitchen faucet, and fixing a tub diverter—were completed. His workmanship, honesty, and dedication really stood out. And Salt City Plumbing was much more affordable than other quotes we received.
