Valley Plumbing did a great job for me. Kaden Hansen was my technician, but many were involved in doing the 1-day job. They dug up (4 feet underground in my yard) a leaking water line, that feeds my sprinklers, and replaced it. The pipe goes through the concrete foundation, and the leak point was apparently in the concrete wall. I was impressed by their professionalism, ability and willingness to explain the problem and the solution, efficiency, clean up afterward, and awareness to not damage anything. A less knowledgeable company had actually fixed the same water line unsuccessfully. Valley Plumbing’s fix I consider as good as new. Thanks! James in South Jordan

Water heater fixed, billing issue initially damaged my trust — but the company made it right
The plumbing issue with my water heater was fixed, and I appreciate that the actual repair was completed successfully. The technician was also very nice, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process.
My concern was with the quoting and billing process. When going over the quote, I specifically asked what my bill would be for only the work needed to fix my water heater issue, because that was the only thing I was interested in. However, additional services were included in the quote that I did not realize I was agreeing to.
