Willie Gilchrist was super professional. Contacted me a day ahead to ask questionsso that he was well prepared for the job. Arrived within the agreed time frame. Got in and got straight to identifying and later rectifying the problem with our leaky shower. Carried himself well and was knowledgeable about his profession. It seemed at times, he coulda used an extra hand but he managed and handled it like a boss! Highly recommended

I recently had my annual A/C maintenance done by Alex. He arrived on time, was very thorough, and answered all my questions. He is very good at explaining the technical issues in layman’s terms. Had a leaking water heater and the Ponds Team came up with a good replacement candidate and quick appointment for replacement. Chris and Travis arrived on time and knocked out the work quickly with a thorough cleanup at the end. Great service. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
