Griffin and Troy came in and were super professional. They explained everything clearly and were super nice. We've been with Barlow for a while now and have always been impressed. They are well worth the cost and always willing to help. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! Nick and griffin did a fantastic job and explained everything so that I could understand. We will be using Barlow for all future needs and plan to do so even when we relocate.

I had the free tune up service and was preparing for an upsell but was pleasantly surprised there was no big sales push. Troy and Griffin were able to fix an issue with a dirty heat sensor so my furnace stopped turning off intermittently. They also showed me how to maintain it in the future and gave other suggestions to better maintain my system. Very friendly and helpful overall.
