Roberto was very thorough and patient in explaining to us how everything works. Even though we had another team working in finishing the basement he was very respectful, understanding.and patient. We have had superior water and air servicing our home for years. I don’t usually leave reviews because every provider asks for reviews and the time adds up, but Martin was our technician on this last service and he was so great I decided I would take the time. I might even request him next time our water system needs to be serviced (even though it means I’ll have to wait longer to get in the schedule).

Superior Air and Water service representative, Simon was on time, knowledgeable, friendly. He was also very professional explaining the step-by-step tuneup process. We have had our furnace and air conditioner serviced yearly by Superior for approximately 10 years and their service has always been exceptional.
