Terry sold us the reverse osmosis system from Superior. He explained the difference this would make in our lives, not drinking tainted water directly from our sink, but filtered water that is clean and pure. Roberto and Edwardo came to install the system. They were very nice, proficient, knowledgeable and finished quickly. They answered our questions and explained how to turn things off and on. I would recommend them highly!
John was the consummate professional and did amazing work installing my water softener in a timely manner. He went above and beyond making sure every detail was perfect and made sure the system was up and running in no time. Not only is he technically proficient but the way in which he carries himself and the amazing attitude he puts forth is something rarely seen.
Our Lennox ComfortSense 5000 thermostat went berserk (it was only just over 4 years old); it would climb on its own, like it was possessed, to 80 degrees. I'd put it down to 70 and it would climb right back up and heat the house to 80 degrees. Then the touchscreen become intermittently unresponsive. I finally was able to turn off the furnace through the thermostat, but since it was below freezing outside that wasn't an option, nor was trying to sleep in an 80 degree house. I called Superior's after hours help line and Levi called back soon afterward. He arrived when he said would and replaced our thermostat. He was very affable and professional.
