We just had the Stott folks assist us with a main water service line repair. Our city water works crew knocked on our door and informed us that our water meter indicated we had a leak in our system. We narrowed the leak down to our main water service line. Stott dispatched the technicians the next day. THey located the leak very quickly using their new technology. Once the leak was located, Stott submitted the quote to Homeserve. The quote was approved, and the next day the excavation crew arrived. The repair was completed in a few bours, and they were on their way home. Through the entire process, Stott Plumbing was excellent with all communication. I never had to wonder where we were in the process. I was even able to track the crews as they drove to our home a few hours away. They were outstanding from start to finish. If I caould give them 6 stars, I would. Thanks everyone.
Wow They are one of the most professional and very kind, thorough technicians we have ever had. We could not have asked for any better service.
They are appreciated for going above and beyond expectations.
Thank you so much Leslie Davis and Patricia Nielson
