We want to thank Harry Biswell, senior tech at Barlow Services, for stepping up and supporting us through a difficult A/C system repair issue. Harry took on extra responsibility by fitting us in his busy schedule, called us with a warm, positive greeting, that he finished a job, was in route and assured us he would help us. Mr. Biswell worked non-stop for 2 1/2 hours in dangerous, record breaking temperatures inside and outside our home to troubleshoot our A/C failure until he resolved the problem and turned our central air on.
