Recently my thermostat stopped working and I had no power. They had an on call technician out within an hour. It was fantastic. They were able to determine it was the thermostat and nothing more. Zorrey Hall was absolutely awesome. He was very personable, professional, and excellent at what he does. He is an excellent representative of the company in my opinion and hope that he is comes back whenever I have HVAC needs!Fantastic maintenance service. Harry Biswell was very knowledgeable and explained everything so well.

I just got a free furnace tune up, courtesy of Barlow Experts, and I am very glad that I did. My service tech, Harry Biswell, was very professional and he gave me some very appreciated advice on what to do for my furnace. I recommend that if anyone needs their furnace tuned up, to request to have Mr. Biswell as your assigned technician. Thank you Harry!
