“Ac went out two days ago, been procrastinating calling anyone hoping to figure out the problem on my own or that maybe the coils just froze over. (Not that I would have any idea what to do) Came home midday from work today to a very hot house and girlfriend and dog who had been sitting in the hot house and it being our second day of it. By chance one of the technicians with Alpine Home was sitting in his truck a house away from mine waiting to service one of my neighbors. I went out and spoke with the tech, Tyler, who said he had time to kill and offered to come have a look. “Dan helped me out in such a pinch. Friday night at 9pm I discovered my water heater was leaking and had failed. Dan was a complete professional and even advised me on procedure to protect my home from damage. The next day (on a Saturday) he took time out of his day to come and entirely replace my water heater. He even hauled away an old water softener I had in the room that I had been dreading moving. Everything was done with perfect precision and before we knew it our hot water was back on and functioning in under 24h when I contacted Dan.
