Our technician Frank went above and beyond on every level of this job. This company was so fast to respond to our issue and coordinated all the right people to complete our job within 2 days including snaking the drain and diagnosing the larger problem(Frank). Then digging the hole and replacing the broken pipe section the following day. I cannot recommend these wonderful people enough. Also expect to be quoted less than any other company in Salt Lake. Big Brothers Home Services is a well run company with friendly and knowledgeable technicians. They provided a detailed explanation of the job and cost before starting. I had a large job lining old pipes and replacing a portion of the sewer line in a 50 year old house. The two Tanners completed the job on time and with minimal disruption to the occupants. Very happy with the two Tanners who were friendly and patient in explaining the process. I will certainly use Big Brothers in the future.Services: Sewer cleaning
I had a drain backup on me. I called Big Brothers. I had them clean the drain, jet it out to clear it for better future use, and finally send a camera down the main drain to scope the health of the pipes in our 50 year old house.
