Alex was awesome in replacing my kitchen faucet! He showed up on time and immediately identified a defect in the faucet I had purchased. He walked me through a few better options and empowered me to go get exactly what I needed. A few days later when he showed up the second time, he remembered exactly what we were doing, talked me through what I needed to know, and then he got to work. Something that might have taken me hours (and likely would have been done wrong) took him no more than 30 minutes. And before he left, he asked me to try the new faucet and gave me a tutorial. Jake was incredible! We had a faulty dishwasher sewage pipe that needed to be replaced and a shower drain that needed to be completely cleaned. He was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Thank you Jake!
Aaron was great. Came to service my tankless water heater but could not due to its age and design. Was friendly and very technically knowledgeable. I faced at least three options. All costly and with trade-offs. Aaron spent a lot of time analyzing and explaining my choices. Glad he was my technician that day.
