Mike was very helpful and listened carefully to my explanation of the problem. He and his companion were very courteous. Mike thoroughly explained what they were doing as they worked. He prepared an estimate and that was what I paid.
Ben is thorough .. he went over all of my options looked through all of my air ducts checked out my furnace and cooling system. He did not pressure me into buying a new air conditioning unit. Ben was able to answer all of my questions with confidence. Ben is friendly and represents the best of same-day heating and cooling. I would highly recommend using for all of your heating and cooling needs.
