Discovered a backed-up sink that I couldn't clear myself on a Wednesday evening. Called 1st American that night and Nick arrived the very next morning. Within an hour the clog was cleared and I was back to a fully functional kitchen again. Nick was extremely professional and very respectful of my time since I work from home and had to speak with him between (and during) meetings. He even sent a text to me when he was done and waited for me to come sign off on the work and make the payment.This is the third time I've worked with 1st American and all the techs that have come out to my home (John, Jared and now Nick) have been qualified and licensed plumbers, not salesman...read full review

Matt the owner was really great. He stayed late to get the problem taken care of in the promised time frame. I also appreciated their company’s focus on learning more and striking a happy medium between repairing and replacing equipment. Solid advice and fair treatment!
