Chris Staley repaired the noise from the metal duck work expanding every time the unit's fans starts up and makes a loud banging sound. And he installed new humidifier water filters. Chris explained his plan and the duration of his work. Chris has exceptional customer service skills. As well as great communication skills. Chris clearly exceeded my expectations. When I need a plumber, I hope Chris is the tech Scott Hale sends to my house.

Tyler installed a new furnace and AC system for me today. He was very knowledgeable about how to set things up and worked tirelessly to put everything together. He even went the extra mile and dumped a bag of salt into my soft water bin and repaired a door going to the furnace. He cleaned everything up after it looks great and it feels great. No
When a drain cleaning job became problematic, beyond the capacity of the technician who was originally sent to do the work, they sent Edib Avdic who was extremely experienced in plumbing work and completed the job in an efficient and professional manner. He was kind enough to spend time reviewing with me what I needed to do in the future to prevent the kind of build up that created the problem in the first place.
