3333 S 900 E Suite 220, Millcreek“I just completed Woven Heart’s level 1 Thai massage training and am truly surprised at how much I was able to learn, practice, and remember in only 4 days. The energy of the space where we practiced was beautiful and calming. Above all, though, I was really impressed with how the physical massage elements were taught alongside the spiritual and emotional elements. It was more than just a workshop in how to massage and stretch someone’s muscles. We were taught how to open our own hearts, cultivate loving kindness, and move our own body with that of another to both give and receive an enjoyable, sacred experience. I am excited to be able to give the experience of a Thai massage to others and fully intend to take advantage of other workshops and offerings Woven Heart has in the future.“

I recommend Seek to anyone that is looking to get more in touch with their mindfulness, breathing, strength, flexibility - the list goes on. Seek has changed my life for the better!“

I felt welcomed and comfortable, the studio was clean and thoughtfully laid out. Peering through the skylights and windows was a delight throughout the practice. The music was tastefully composed and soothing, especially the ending with singing bowls and gong! Head cleared, heart opened. A nice zen retreat on Thursday morning. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space to gather and practice in community! ??“

I love that she is willing to grab a coffee with you to make sure it's the right fit. There are so many options for yoga trainings and I wanted to make sure I found one that would challenge me and change me. The 6 months I spent in this training was powerful. I learned, I grew and I created friendships for life. If you are wanting to become a yoga teacher or grow as a teacher, I highly recommend the programs offered at Yoga Assets.“

4578 Highland Dr. Suite #320, Millcreek“I was in on business from Philadelphia. The massage was amazing! By far the best massage I’ve ever had. She came to my hotel room and we had the session there. It was a 2 hour session with cranial massage at the end. I can’t remember the last time that I’ve felt so relaxed, and her touch was perfect. I was in Salt Lake City for two weeks, so I had her come back the second week for a second massage. It was even better than the first. She is super personable. The atmosphere that she created, even in my hotel room was perfect, and she used just the right amount of pressure. If I am ever back in SLC for business, I will be contacting her again for sure. A+++++++!!!!!!!!“
10AM - 3PM
815 E 2100 S, Salt Lake City“This is my favorite place to do yoga. I’ve traveled and tried other places, in US and France and have never felt anywhere as safe and comfortable as I feel at the ashram. No need to wear expensive clothes, have athletic background. The classes improved my mental, emotional and physical health. And the trainings are life changing, whether to teach or to learn more about yoga and one self. I am a better person having crossed paths with the school and am grateful to Ma Shakti more than I could ever say. Her teachings are real and practical, she is very intelligent and knowledgeable. I love the variety that I have never found anywhere else. Thanks to her teaching I’ve learned yoga from inside out, I’ve learned to feel what my body has to say. Even in prenatal / postpartum times of my life she is the best, fully tuned in and the best to adapt to our needs. Thank you ?“
“If you are looking to live near downtown events in a. newly renovated condo this is the place!! This is the perfect location in which to live. We have an amazing view of the mountains. The construction was largely completed and the only piece remaining is the plaza shared common common area. It was a long project but we are just a few months away from the end of it. As far as the HOA rules go, the rules only serve to ensure dogs remain on leash in common areas in the interest of safety and a clean and orderly environment (rules against storing excess items in parking stalls and balconies). Many of us residents are glad that there are some rules. I haven’t been fined in six yrs here nor have my neighbors. I have never seen a n issue with the homeless.“
