I have been going to Hotworx since they opened, and there is no better workout in such a short amount of time! Also I mountain bike, and after a hard ride I will go to Hotworx, spin my legs out for 15 minutes and the soreness I usually get the next day is minimalized because of the infrared workout. Love the workouts, but love the way I feel the next day even more.

Hotworx is an excellent way to get in a good workout in a sauna. There are many classes to choose from and a small gym area. It's a nice way to relax or to have an intense experience.

Amazing place! I always feel ecstatic about coming to HotWorx. They have great monthly competitions to keep you motivated and striving to be the best you can be. I’ve won a couple of things and I am so excited to see what comes next with the hard work I put in. Thanks HotWorx and Rosie for being so enthusiastic and helpful towards my workout accomplishments.
