I feel so fortunate to have this studio in my neighborhood! I'm 54 with some significant health challenges, Seek is saving me. I've done their cycle, yoga and strength classes . They are, without exception, welcoming professional and inspiring. As with everything it takes a few times to get into the groove, I hope people give it a go and benefit from it even half as much as I do! If you're new to yoga consider starting with restorative classes, keeping it gentle is a lot more fun than hitting it hard out of the gate !

Seek is my second home. From friendly, welcoming staff to challenging strength and cycle classes to the perfectly planned yoga flow-this place is top notch. I walked in the door to Seek 6 and 1/2 years ago and I haven’t stopped walking through it since. Big love for this space.

I’ve been a member of Seek studio for a few years now and I’ve had endless positive experiences! Between the intentional programming, the friendly and personable staff who genuinely care about you, and the variety of classes I cannot recommend the studio enough for anyone looking to functionally exercise with outdoor sports in mind!
