I chose to do my 300 hour YTT with Denise at Yoga Assets because I wanted to expand my knowledge and experience personal growth. I love that she is willing to grab a coffee with you to make sure it's the right fit. There are so many options for yoga trainings and I wanted to make sure I found one that would challenge me and change me. The 6 months I spent in this training was powerful. I learned, I grew and I created friendships for life. If you are wanting to become a yoga teacher or grow as a teacher, I highly recommend the programs offered at Yoga Assets.

This is easily the most robust Yoga Teacher Trainings in Utah. Don't be fooled by the lower price, the education here is above and beyond.Denise Druce has a University background in Public Health, decades of teaching aerobics besides yoga, and decades of teaching yoga. This background gives her more knowledge on anatomy and exercise science than other yoga teacher trainers.
