I had hit rock bottom with my PTSD after failure of treatment at another clinic. I had read that yoga was an effective intervention for PTSD and it was the only thing I hadn't tried yet. I jumped onto google and searched for trauma informed yoga in my area, and up popped Full Circle. Within 24 hours of calling them I was on a yoga mat in a class, and for the very first time began to feel safe in my own body.It can be really hard and scary to walk into a new place, especially when you have experienced trauma. I am incredibly impressed with the therapy services provided by this Full Circle Yoga & Therapy. The therapists are highly skilled, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping their clients. The personalized approach to each individual's needs is outstanding, and the progress I've made in my mental health journey has been remarkable. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the resources offered have been invaluable. Full Circle is awesome! Many great yoga classes all week. The personal instructors that take time to teach things right. The kombucha and iced coffee before a session are top notch as well! Family comes out of many places and grateful I have found them to be a part of my wellness journey!
