I look crazy with my red face and bloodshot eyes, but I just finished a class. My emotional life is paramount. I've achieved much greater emotional stability through hot yoga. I've shed so many tears but now feel smiling joy. Consider opening your heart and letting the tears flow... maybe some giggles, too. I wish you the best. ?

I tried out this yoga studio using their discounted first unlimited month deal. I tried the following classes (all hot): fire, air, water, earth, and pilates. After my month, I decided this studio wasn't for me as I'm looking for power yoga which they don't cater to. However I think what they are aiming to do they are doing well.The studio self-describes as a place that focuses on "slower movement to create a space for healing" and I think this is an accurate description. Likely because of this approach, I found their most physically challenging class to be pilates. Great experience to join Shen's hot yoga fusion class! Coming from the East coast, it was a very welcoming environment and offered exactly what I was looking for from a hot room to work flexibility, increase strength and improve focus.
