Cool spot, I was a super beginner, so there’s some easier classes, I came here in the last 3 months, and it’s been nice, starting to improve! I was kinda using yoga originally to heal from some stuff that happened. My first class with Nicole was super nice, and gentle, just what I needed. All the teachers are super nice, Raquel’s music playlist is fire, not just cliche yoga music which can add to the experience nicely, although both are cool.Going into the ski season will take some more intense classes. Yoga Sunné has been one of the best experiences of my life, from the facility to the instructors the studio has shown itself to be one of the best in the valley. From my first day there I was met with open arms and encouragement to not only explore a different side of my athleticism but also my spiritual side. Even as a secular person such as myself, the feeling of oneness with my fellow studio mates made for an enlightening and enjoyable experience. My boyfriend and I love attending hot 60 and hot 90 classes with Juls ?!! She helps us set our intentions at the beginning class and I feel that I get 1:1 coaching in a class of 10-15 people. I’ve improved my practice so much since attending her classes. We also love Eina, Melissa, and Kevin who always make us feel so welcomed and always remembered our names.
