This is one of the most welcoming and clean yoga studios I’ve been to in Salt Lake! No pressure to do yoga how the instructor is, and room to move even in busy classes. I’ll be getting a membership for sure. Expensive, but so is every other yoga studio. The only reason I took off one star is because I wish there were more later evening classes during the week.
I took the Stiffer Bodies class with Fi. It's a perfect class for me at 71. A good workout but slow enough that I could keep. She's a very good teacher and a nice person. Highly recommended.
